The Sensual Scent of the Forest

泰雅族人在林野中的工寮作為狩獵與農作物處理的中繼站，與住所相距約六小時的路程。在烹煮食材時，若缺少香料，他們便會前往附近的山林中採集山胡椒，也稱為Makauy，來增添風味。

The Atayal people use work camps in the forest as stations for hunting and crop processing, located about six hours from home. When lacking spices, they gather mountain pepper, known as Makauy, from nearby forests to enhance the flavor.
