基隆門市:找到幸福咖啡店

位於基隆正濱漁港邊的一家原住民咖啡店，以友善農家、無毒食材、在地食材故事與結合健康烹煮食品、點心、飲品，以現點現做的烹調方式為所有來訪的客人帶來新鮮舒爽的飲食口感。

餐飲皆全程手工製作，自行熬煮水果糖漿、醬料當日調製、餐飲現做，提倡不剩食，環保餐飲。咖啡為店內咖啡師嚴選的咖啡豆，自家烘培出屬於店內的咖啡香氣。食用蔬食原味不加工，為創造健康飲食讓身體開心。使用檢驗無農藥殘留的台灣的稻米研磨做為製作蛋糕的原料，天然食材製作米蛋糕和餐點。

創造分享手作活動空間，不定期舉辦咖啡課程、編織、花藝、再生利用創作、纏繞、美學課程等。

Located by the Zhengbin Fishing Port in Keelung, this indigenous-style coffee shop is dedicated to supporting eco-friendly farmers and using pesticide-free, locally sourced ingredients. With a focus on health-conscious cooking, every dish, snack, and beverage is freshly prepared to provide guests with a delightful and refreshing dining experience.

All food and drinks are handmade from scratch—fruit syrups are slow-cooked in-house, sauces are freshly prepared daily, and meals are made to order. The café advocates for zero food waste and sustainable dining. The coffee beans are carefully selected by the in-house barista and roasted on-site, creating a unique and signature coffee aroma. Vegetables are served in their natural state, without excessive processing, to promote a healthy diet that nourishes both body and soul. The cakes are made with Taiwanese rice flour, free from pesticide residues, ensuring a natural and wholesome treat.

The café also serves as a creative space, hosting a variety of hands-on workshops, including coffee courses, weaving, floral arrangements, upcycled crafts, Zentangle art, and aesthetic design.

Additionally, the café offers specialty coffee roasting services, coffee bean sales, pour-over brewing lessons, and latte art workshops for those passionate about the art of coffee.
